Feel free to book an appointment to visit us. Hello donkey lovers! 🐴 As a non-profit rescue, we love sharing our passion, but we are not a business, a petting zoo, or a public park. Because this rescue is our private home—and the safe home of our donkeys—we are open by appointment only.
Whether you want a tour or just to visit, please reach out to schedule a time first. This ensures we are home and prepared to welcome you without disrupting the donkeys’ routine. Thank you for respecting our home!

We’re 12 miles north of I-10 at exit 306 (Pomerene exit), which is the east Benson exit. You’ll go through Pomerene, turn right at the stop sign, and keep going out in the boonies. You’ll cross over a long flat bridge across a wide wash.
About 2 1/2 miles past the bridge, a bank of mailboxes will be on the left. Our sign, a sign for Gammon’s Gulch, and the street sign, Rocksprings Lane, will be there.
Turn left past the mailboxes and stay to the left past Gammon’s Gulch, a small movie site surrounded by a wooden fence. You’ll drive through a small wash, and we will be the next drive on the right.
